Situated in the heart of the lively Arago district, famous for its market, this house is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance: the town centre, train station, market, local shops and beach.
The house has a private garage, which is essential in high season.

There's a lovely open-plan kitchen-living room that opens onto the outside terrace, with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, TV, WiFi, dining table and 8 chairs, ideal for a good meal with family or friends!
