ROSE Holidays offers you this charming house with a floor and outbuilding, entirely renovated with taste, ideally located near the sea, Nouettes district, in the picturesque town of Sables-d'Olonne: for 9 people!

Whether you come with family or friends, this house will seduce you with its privileged location, just 1300 metres from the Presidents' beach and close to numerous activities and amenities (bakery, supermarket, butcher's shop...)

The living room and dining room are tastefully furnished and will offer you an ideal relaxation space with its large and comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, TV and dining table and chairs. You can also enjoy the Wi-Fi connection to stay connected.

The American kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to prepare delicious meals with family or friends. You will also be able to enjoy equipment such as the dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, induction hobs (X5), coffee maker (Nespresso).

Upstairs:

You will find 3 bedrooms:

Maison bien rénovée et bien équipée (il y avait même une machine à glaçons) en fait il y a tout pour passer un agréable séjour et la gestion de l agence Rose conciergerie est excellente .
