The apartment is functional, featuring a kitchen, living room, and dining area—perfect for spending time together as a family—and opens onto a balcony with a direct view of the Mont Blanc massif.
As for sleeping arrangements, you’ll find a sleeping area on the ground floor with a bunk bed—ideal for children—as well as two double bedrooms upstairs.
The apartment features a bathroom with a bathtub, a TV, and everything you need to prepare traditional mountain dishes.
A ski locker and parking spaces are available for your use.

Ideally located in Les Houches and close to all amenities (Super U, organic supermarket, etc.), while offering quick access to the valley’s various attractions. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts year-round, as well as ski and hiking lovers. You’ll find a supermarket and restaurant less than a 5-minute walk away.
You’ll be a 5-minute drive from the Les Houches ski area and its ice rinks (about a 20-minute walk). We also recommend Merlet Park to explore the local flora and fauna.

Located at the entrance to the valley, right in the heart of Les Houches. Free outdoor parking spaces are available for residents.
A bus stop is located about 100 metres from the building, from which you can easily reach the entire valley as well as the Les Houches train station.
Guest cards are provided so you can use public transport for free.
