The chalet has a surface area of approximately 150m² with a large garden of about 500m², ideal for families. It accommodates up to 8 guests, with the possibility to add 2 small children if needed.

Baby beds and high chairs are available on request.

The chalet features a large garden and a spacious terrace with a big table — perfect for enjoying the fresh air and panoramic mountain views.

The living room is upstairs and is equipped with a seating area, fireplace, TV, open kitchen plan and dining area, with breathtaking views of the mountains.
The dining table seats 8 guests.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook comfortably: stovetop, extractor hood, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, etc.

The chalet comes with a Nespresso machine, and a few capsules will be provided for your arrival.

All bed linens are provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels).
Bedroom 1: Located on the upper floor along with the living room. It features a double size bed and an en-suite shower room with toilet. Plenty storage space.
Bedroom 2: Located on the 2nd floor. It features a queen size bed and plenty of storage space.
Bedroom 3: Also on the 2nd floor. It has a queen size bed and 2 extra beds for children if necessary. It also has plenty of storage space.
Bedroom 4: Also on the 2nd floor. It has 2 single beds and beautiful views over the mountains. Storage space provided.

The 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor share the 2nd bathroom.

The property includes 2 bathrooms.. Basic toiletries are provided (shampoo, shower gel, toilet paper, towels, bath mats).

You have full access to the chalet during your stay. The garden is also private.

You can access the chalet on your own. But we remain available for any questions or calls before and during your stay.

Property is located in a quiet area of Les Houches but close to the center of Les Houches and close to plenty of walking trails. Also a few minutes drive from the ski lift in Les Houches. About 10 minutes drive to Chamonix center.

You will have to climb stairs in the property.
