APARTMENT The Refuge Des Bellachat apartment in Les Houches is a one-bedroom apartment offering good value for money, located in a ski-in/ski-out area near the Prarion gondola. The apartment is just a short walk from city centre Les Houches and close to the bus stop connecting Les Houches to the rest of the Chamonix Valley. The apartment features a flexible layout and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. Located in a gated complex, the apartment includes a parking space, access to an indoor pool, and an on-site laundry facility. The pool area is one of the apartment’s best features—a true luxury and an ideal place to relax after an exhilarating day in the mountains, or an excellent option when bad weather limits other activities in the valley.

LOCATION
The apartment is located in a medium-sized residence, situated within easy reach of the ski slopes in the village of Les Houches. The Les Houches ski area ranges in elevation from 950m to 1,900m. From the summit, you’ll enjoy a spectacular 360° view of the Mont Blanc massif. And with 55 km of trails winding through the forests, you’ll discover the true joys of skiing. In summer, Les Houches is renowned for mountain biking and its long descents down to the valley floor (950-1900m). The trails here range from gentle intermediate runs to advanced tree runs and steep slopes. One of the locals’ favourite runs is the descent from the top of the Prarion gondola to the villages of St. Gervais and Le Fayet. There are a number of different options, offering long and exhilarating runs all the way down. You’ll also find plenty of hiking trails right at your doorstep.

The apartment features an open-concept living/dining/kitchen area that opens onto a sunny balcony. The living room has a sofa bed and a TV, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, and stove. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage space. Outside, there is a parking space, a swimming pool, and a laundry room.

The apartment comes with a housekeeping service. Reservations for the apartment include linens and towels, end-of-stay cleaning, and the local tourist tax. You can check in to the apartment between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM—we may be able to arrange a later check-in, but this must be requested in advance (there is a €70 surcharge for late check-in).
