Apartment Apollo | Les Houches

A wonderfully-positioned, three-bedroom ski apartment at the bottom of the famous 'Coupe du Monde' ski run and Bellevue ski lift. This modern apartment benefits from underground parking for two cars, mountain views from the balcony and has the shops and restaurants right outside to allow you to holiday with minimal transport and logistical issues.

Apartment Apolllo is a newly built and well-equipped ski apartment that sleeps up to 6 people in two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom.

With superb views onto the peaks of the Aiguille du Midi and Mont Blanc the apartment is ideally situated directly opposite the Bellevue telecabine and the 'Coupe du Monde' ski run. Save for taking your skis off to cross the road, it as close to ski-in/ski-out as you will find in most of the Chamonix valley.

With two underground parking spaces, a dedicated ski locker and plenty of storage space this comfortable apartment is a great option for a ski holiday in the Chamonix valley.

The apartment is built over of two floors:

LOWER FLOOR
Spacious open-plan living area with kitchen, dining table for six and lounge with comfortable sofa and TV. Sliding patio doors lead out onto the balcony, which has seating from where you can appreciate the superb views of Mont Blanc.

The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dishwasher, microwave, cooker and oven, clothes washer, dryer and an iron.

Bedroom #1: The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and lies directly off the living area

There is a separate toilet on this floor too.

UPSTAIRS
Upstairs lies two bedrooms and a full bathroom
Bedroom #2: A large double bedroom
Bedroom #3: A twin bedroom

This floor has the main bathroom with both a bath and shower

Belle résidence confortable bien pensée et bien équipée avec une très belle vue. A proximité de tous les commerces avec navette devant l'immeuble pour rejoindre Chamonix Nous avons eu un pb avec la TV et le gérant nous en a apporté une autre ma veille de notre départ ;Gérant très disponible et à l'écoute.

Les Houches ist ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für alle möglichen Aktivitäten und die Ferienwohnung bietet alles, was mn zum Entspannen braucht. Auch an viele Details ist gedacht, in der Küche fehlte nichts, es war genug Platz zum Verstauen eigener Lebensmittel, die Zimmer und Aufenthaltsräume (Wohnzimmer, Balkon mit Aussicht auf den Mont Blanc) waren gemütlich und es gab sogar IGN Karten zur Tourenplanung, sowie Kleinigkeiten wie Washtabs und Geschirrspülmaschinentabs. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert & echt auch genug Platz für 6 Personen.

Sehr schöne, recht großzügige (für 4, maximal 6 Personen) Ferienwohnung über 2 Etagen in einem größeren Appartementhaus. Schöner, kleiner Balkon (für 4 Personen) mit toller Aussicht, große, gut ausgestattete Küche, Tiefgarage, Fahrstuhl in die Tiefgarage. Natürlich "französische" Betten, etwas schmal, für manche vielleicht gewöhnungsbedürftig, gute Matratzen. In der unteren Etage kleine Dusche mit Waschbecken direkt am Schlafzimmer (mit Vorhang abgetrennt), seperates WC. In der oberen Etage großes Bad mit Wanne (mit Duschabtrennung), WC und Waschbecken. Liftabfahrt "Bellevue" und Bushaltestelle direkt am Haus, Bäcker und Gaststätten, Pizzeria ebenfalls. Relativ hoher Geräuschpegel, wie überall im Tal, durch die Schnellstraße und einen rauschenden Gebirgsbach.

This is an ideal apartment for access to the Les houches ski area it’s only a short walk to the Bellevue gondola. The apartment is well equipped and has good wifi and Netflix for the teenagers ! It was ideal for our family and is highly recommended. The service provided by Bob was excellent we will be back 😀

minor points would be useful to have more than one set of keys particularly to get into the downstairs ski locker very little hanging space or storage space in bedrooms upstairs-a few hooks /shelves/under bed storage would be helpful but overall had a great time and excellent location

What lovely spacious accommodation. Just enough room for a family of 5 to have their individual space after a long day on the slopes. The apartment has everything you need in a self catering accommodation. The location is great. The weather in April is lovely, sunshine in the valley and the snow and sun in the mountains. This is our second time in Les Houches and we love the location as it's easy to get to the various slopes. Hope to be back again next year.

The apartment was clean and well positioned for the Bellevue lift. It was literally across the road. It also was well positioned for the bakery, 2 restaurants - Le Basilic and La Ferme, 2 cafés - Kitsch Inn and Le Creposaure all within a very short walk. Another good restaurant Le Delice was only a 4-5 minute walk. It was well equipped and felt spacious for 6 adults. The garage car parking was a bonus and the ski locker was quite large! There was a lift from the garage/ski locker up to the apartment which was useful when too tired for the stairs. We would recommend this property to friends and may stay here again ourselves.

Really comfortable and convenient apartment, with beautiful views across the garden to the alps. Loads of things for kids to do in the area - summer or winter - but without the crowds of Chamonix. The agent, Bob, at Mont Blanc retreats, was very helpful.
