"Amazing hotel to stay for a wonderful December snowboarding trip. Everyone was very nice and helpful in every aspect of our stay (shout out to Thierry for his care with our luggage, shuttle and car). The facility is top notch, well worth the money, you won’t be disappointed. Ski shop/rental was amazing every day and the lockers were so convenient. "Great stay, very helpful staff and really good facilities. Lack of cleaning products in room was a surpise (sponge, dishwashing liquids) but otherwise very well equipped. Spa and pool were a great feature. "

"Lovely hotel - literally ski in/ski out, with the slopes right outside the doorstep (and a helpful ski locker in the basement). The staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitiely recommended for an upmarket experience on the ski slopes!"

"Had an amazing stay at the altapura, read a few reviews a few days before we went and were worried, but it was great. Main complaints were about how hot the rooms were, which were understandable, but opening the window solved that. The other critique we read was about the restaurants and choice of food for half board. Breakfast was buffet and had a great selection. Dinner you get 65 euros contribution each evening towards food, which you can choose from the menu of the 3 different restaurants they have. European, Japanese and a cheese place. The food is all cooked fresh and to a great standard. The staff were really friendly and helpful, the hotel is in my opnion in the perfect location, ski in skin out, not far from several ski lifts, but not in thr centre of town so you don't get all the noise and footfall. Beds were really comfy, overall had a great experience and will be back next year! "
