"Well what can I say our stay was simply lovely. The photos do not capture the magical element of Les Patis. The properties charm was delightful. Tony and Pat are both great hosts and could not do enough for our family to make sure our stay was special. Tony even set up a DVD and TV in the communal room by the pool, for all the children staying in the Gites. Our children loved making friend's and now have pen pals in Hamburg, Dublin, and Wigan. "The property was clean, and the back garden is large and enjoyable. There was no Wifi, despite advertising that there is. Also note that the bedroom layout is not great for privacy - you need to pass through one bedroom to reach the next bedroom."

"The house is beautiful with large spaces and big garden. The host was kind and we found cider and homemade jam as gift. Some general repairs could be useful. Price in very good. Perfect location to visit Normandy and all facilities close to the house. Absolutely recommended. Thanks to Isabelle"

"Nous sommes 4 amis (2 femmes, 2 hommes) et nous voulions visiter de petits villages du Perche et de la région de l'Aigle. Le charmant petit village de la Gonfrière offrait une situation idéale. L'ancien presbytère comporte au moins quatre chambres individuelles et de nombreuses toilettes.
