"The location is not the best but its well connected with the public transportation. Aside that, everything was great!"

"Breakfast was great. Check in took ages as first even tho we arrived at Park G Gate 6 at 11.15 the first shuttle didnt arrive till after midnight. Then the room cards wouldnt work in the lift or room, and that took ages to sort out. Staff were understanding and let us check out late without a penalty fee. Unfortunately room was very hot and couldnt get cool mode to work on aircon. "

"Hotel is right in front of the beach, location is great! Rooms were good, not as clean as expected though. Did not use the pool or hot tubs, weather was cold. Parking was convenient. Laundry service not very good - the washer is too small and dryer takes forever to dry!"

"Hotel clean, no airport shuttle but airport bus nearby. After multiple times speaking with staff about airport transfer options, in the middle of the night, no one mentioned that a time change (Daylight Savings) was going into effect. Resulting in chaos & mad dash to airport. You would think this would be something that you would warn guests about."
