Résidence L'Epervière is a big modern chalet, without lift, made of wood and stones. It has 25 apartments, all equiped with balconies overlooking the ski slopes. The residence is at the bottom of the slopes and the 3 Vallées Gondola. It is very conveniently located, close to the ski school, the shops and the restaurants. Surface area : about 48 m². 3rd floor. Orientation : East, South. View ski slopes. Level 0 : Living room. Bedroom with double bed (140). Kitchenette with kettle, coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, 4 cooking rings, fridge. Shower room with shower, towel-dryer, WC. Balcony. Level 1 : Bedroom with shower, washing machine, double bed (160), dryer. Bedroom with 2 bunk beds. Separated WC. The beds in elevation are not suitable for children under 6 years.
