"Poor service. Restaurants were empty but still didn’t allow us in.breakfast Buffet don’t have basic fruits like banana, apple, mango. Once food is finished in buffet bowls, no one is filling it up. Rice once finished , no one refilled the containers. Breads during the breakfast were finished. Ice cream shop guy said cones are finished even though I saw a huge huge box of waffle cones under the shelf. Couldn’t get premium liquor like macallan or blue label and not even glenfiddich at the restaurants even though we were ready to pay for it. JW Black label tasted very weird. Reserved a cabana for whole day but someone else took it without even paying for it and management couldn’t do anything about it. So so so many flaws. Will never go there again. Bad experience "

"Very close to the airport and a good shuttle service. Rooms extremely basic. The breakfast was very disappointing with very little choice. Very good rooftop area to sit out, if you have a late flight. Staff were all excellent."

"The pool was wonderful, the drinks were nice, the staff were amazing. There were many scheduled activities throughout the day that we could participate in. The rooms were great and everything was very clean. There was lots of variety in all the types of restaurants and cuisines, but the only thing I would improve is the quality of the food as none of it was outstanding but tasted fine. "

"Swim up room was amazing, with spectacular night time views. Very well maintained resort and cleanliness was beyond perfect. Zero complaints about our stay. All the workers and staff were very friendly. Will stay again in the future "
