"Lilly's Pad" - Lemon Tree Passage

Lilly’s Pad is a charming 7 bedroom, 4 bathroom absolute waterfront retreat in Lemon Tree Passage – Port Stephens. With a large in-ground pool, updated kitchen, 3 living areas, free WiFi, double garage, car port and loads of off street parking, this property will sleep up to 20 people, making it an ideal getaway for extended families … including their pets !

The 7 bedrooms consist of :
Room 1: 1 x Queen bed
Room 2: 1 x Double bed and 1 x single
Room 3: 1 x Double bed
Room 4: 2 x Single bunks (4 singles)
Room 5: 2 x Single bunks (4 singles)
Room 6: 1 x Queen bed and 1 x single
Room 7: 1 x Queen bed

With the front yard leading directly onto a beautiful white sandy lake front beach, you can literally enjoy boating and fishing from the front yard. If you enjoy boating, Nelsons Bay, Shoal Bay, Soldiers Point are all a 10-15 min boat ride away from the front yard.

Relax on the front verandah and watch pods of dolphins pass by or a koala climbing a tree in the front yard.

We want you to enjoy your holiday as a whole family, so pets are allowed, but please keep them on a lead or in the fenced yard as we get Koalas roaming around the front yard !

Enjoy the beautiful natural surrounds with a bike/walking trail out the front which leads you down to Lemon Tree Passage Marina (about a 20 min walk)

The Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils and including BBQ and BBQ utensils has a large pantry and breakfast bar. We also supply duvets, duvet covers, pillow, pillowcases, mattress protectors, bath mats and kitchen towels. We ask that you supply your own fitted and flat sheet as well as your own towels.

Newcastle airport and Oakvale Farm are a 15min drive away, with other facilities within a 3klm radius including:
* Lemon Tree Passage Marina - one of the best boat launching facilities in NSW
* Amazing park and nature reserves
* Tanilba Bay Golf Course
* Koala Shore Caravan Park
* Coles, shops, restaurants

We do have strict policy in relation to 'visitors' to the property thus only those nominated and accepted on our booking form are permitted to be on the property. This property is not available for parties or functions, including end of school or uni group holidays, Bucks and Hens parties. Breach of these policies can result in cancellation of your booking and/or deposit.

Another perfect stay

This was our 5th year staying at Lilly’s Pad for our annual weekend away and we wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Such a beautiful location and the house itself is very well equipped and easily copes with a large crowd.

Perfect communal spaces in a functional venue

We enjoyed our stay here! It was affordable, had great facilities and we particularly appreciated the size of the communal space - it fit 18 adults very comfortably.

Perfect Location

This was a perfect location for our extended family holiday. Bike path, easy access for our canoes. Space for cricket, board games, curling up with a book. We loved (free) bare foot bowling and going to the shark & sting ray centre. An amazing experience. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and chill.

We were disappointed in the age of the property and the floor needs a good clean. I was aware that usually families stay at the property and it would be excellent for them. Payer’s restaurant was excellent

Well set out for a large amount of people. Plenty of hang out spaces and bathrooms but also a large dining area for everyone to eat together. Good communication by the host. It could benefit from a deep clean though

Great stay for a large group

We had a great long weekend at Lily’s Pad. The layout and configuration worked well for our large group. The location is perfect - absolute waterfront - and our kids spent the whole time outside. Jay was great to deal with, very responsive and accommodating.

The location of the house and views were awesome. Having a pool was great. Lovely bush walks. Great restaurant and coffee shops. A quiet and peaceful location. The house had everything and more than we required. Would definitely go back, plus recommend it to friends.

Group of 8 friends stayed. Location was perfect. Lovely little beach. Great for kids. All bedrooms with aircon was a plus. Locals very respectful. Weather not the best but didnt alter our plansof rest and relaxation. Great view 24/7.

Fantastic Location

We had a fabulous time at this wonderful property. It suited our large group perfectly. Spacious, comfortable, air cons in every room. Heaps of cooking equipment, seating , relaxation hubs. Private aspect, amazing water views. Outdoor area for cricket etc and a lovely pool. Hope we can book again .

Sibling get together @ Lily's Pad

Lily's Pad provided a great location for a sibling get together - beautiful weather, great walking tracks, lots of things to see and do. Plenty of room to stretch out and catch up with everyone on family happenings. We choose Lily's Pad as it could accommodate everyone in separate rooms and had multiple bathrooms. We would definitely recommend Lily's Pad as a getaway destination.

Relaxing place by the water

Thank you for a great weekend away, this house was perfect for a few families with young kids. Lots of room inside for big groups with a relaxing view of the water, multiple bedrooms/bathrooms/living areas, and a giant table for meals and board games. Outside we enjoyed the pool, grass for ball games, and the little sandy beach where we saw a dolphin, caught a few fish and went paddle boarding. There's shops and takeaway nearby and a nice flat path along the water for walks and bike riding. A really relaxing stay.

Our stay at Lily Pad Lemon Tree Passage

We had an awesome weekend. 8/12 lady friends catch up every July for our Christmas in July get together. Lily Pad Property is perfect for us. Location house beautiful outlook walks etc we love. My friends travel from South Coast Sydney and Newcastle. We enjoy our stay (second time) and looking forward to staying again.

Great Family weekend

We enjoyed our stay & found the location was terrific. Unfortunately the weather was against us, as it rained the whole weekend. The gutters over flowed & therefore it was hard to access any of the veranda space. The bathrooms had very slippery floors & they were quite sticky on touch as was the kitchen bench.

This property is in a amazing setting, with beautiful vistas and glorious surroundings. As well the house is clean and tidy. It is a bit unfortunate that it is a little unloved. We arrived to an unkept back garden. The bathroom nearest the kitchen had a shower rose that would not stay up. In the end we had to devise a system that would allow us to use it. As well in the same bathroom the tap in the shower has faulty washers and dripped continually all night as it was impossible to turn the water of. In the kitchen there is a double power point hanging off the wall, which is very dangerous . Apart from this we all had a pleasant stay
