"Lionel Gem was beautiful place to stay, very clean and tidy house. Perfect location as well being a 5 minute walk into town, and about a 10 minute walk to the sands of Wreck Beach, where I used to frequent as a little kid on family holidays 20+ years ago. Wish we could have stayed longer, but would love to book again for my next holiday."

Cleanliness was not to my liking and needs a really good deep clean. Overall didn’t stop us from enjoying our stay."

"Accurately advertised which was greatly appreciated. The tiny home itself was extremely clean and well laid out, and had some beautiful, thoughtful inclusions inside. What looked like a dam in the photos turned out to be a pool in a water course and was the perfect spot to be. Once the sun got low it felt private enough for us be comfortable and feel alone out there which was exactly what we wanted. "I would highly recommend this property, the host had everything you needed for the perfect holiday experience. A beautiful garden and the house was very clean and comfortable. Short drive to the lovely Fingal Bay. "

"Most things with the property and our stay were good. There were a few issues, however. Neither the host nor Stayz provided the Check-in information, nor were they easily contactable when we arrived to a locked gate. In addition, the house had not been thoroughly cleaned - used towels were left behind bedroom doors, there was a puddle of water on the bathroom floor and the fridge and pantry needed a good wipe down before we could use them. The facilities and space were good for our group though....

"The unit itself was great and the proximity to beach, petrol, cafe, restaurant, grocery store so convenient. Far less hectic than Shoal Bay and Nelson Bay but close enough for an easy drive and day out."
