  • 3 Bedroom house with water front views. Queen bed to master bedroom. Single top double bottom bunks in the other 2 rooms. Lay down sofa in back room. Bathroom with separate toilet. Step down lounge room with separate dining area from kitchen. There is a separate AC unit and fans. Great family house with a secured back yard. Undercover back entertaining patio. Close to the local Marina, wialking tracks and parks. Local restaurants , distillery & cafes located at the Marina .Fishing, swimming or kayaking out the front. 20* minutes to Nelson Bay. Key box and code sent to guests for access.
