Great hotel for families, first timers and those who want to be close to the center but not in it. The room was great, all amenities upgraded for use to travelers from all parts of the world. They offer a good turn down service, and offer a huge in-room dining service, with all types of cuisine available. You don’t have to leave the hotel - they have all types of restaurants on site. Taxis line up right outside with the staff helping you as well. And it’s walkable to a train station as well. All in all, a great choice. The facilities might feel a little dated but it more than makes up with the friendly staff, updated facilities and technology. We also got to avail their lounge services with our package & didn’t miss anything! Great breakfast buffet, lunch & cocktails. Loved it!

We loved our stay at the Hotel Rose Garden in Shinjuku. The hotel was literally 1 minute from the metro station which was perfect. The hotel itself was very nice, clean and the staff were very helpful.
