"The view from this property steals the show. However this comes with a very remote location, the roads are very uneven. There's a shuttle 3x a day to main parts of island but this isn't enough (and a very uncomfortable journey). Taxis are quite hard to come by, so unless you rent a scooter it's hard to get around. However the property itself is beautiful and I would say the remote location is worth the views."

"This villa is very quaint. It is very close to Mushroom Bay Beach and if you get a second floor room, you can actually see the bay from the balcony. They serve a very tasty breakfast so be sure to include that in your booking. They do not serve lunch or dinner however there are several really nice restaurants down at the beach. They did room service but only if you ask them and tell them what you need (water, coffee, fresh towels, etc). I recommend you don’t try to find the villa on your own...

"Awesome views from all around the property. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. The stairs down to the bathroom were a bit of a pain at night time, especially when it was raining, but this was manageable. Shower water only runs hot for around 2 minutes, then goes cold. This wasn't really a problem though, as we found it quite refreshing, given how muggy the weather was. Cocktails by the pool were excellent and the firepit at night time was a great touch. Breakfast was very basic with only a small selection. Bit of a walk in to town if you are wanting to try out a different bar or restaurant, but scooters can be hired from just around the corner for $8 per day."
