The check in was strange - no front office, no entry before 3 . The room was small with a very low ceiling that I whacked my head on the middle of the night. No air conditioning. No refrigerator. Nowhere to put clothes as there was no cupboard. Room very tiny.

Good hotel for its location and price category
It was overall a good experience to stay here. There is an automatic door-opening mechanism You must learn to use - but the staff was VERY helpful teaching You this. A BIG advantage was that an indoor parking area is directly connected to the hotel - so You do not have to struggle with parking in a crowded city. A disadvantage was that the room had no closet for Your wardrobe - so your stuff had to be lying¨ around on a couch, your bed - or maybe the floor ? There was a very small piece of furniture - but it was tempting to use this for putting your auitace onto instead...

Was good for a night or two if you have a car. It’s out of the way abit. The town is very old and abandoned and most buildings have graffiti on them.

You are right, Plagwitz may look a bit "run down" at first sight, but it's one of those neighbourhoods that has a real vibe to it and is currently THE hip district in town, with many culinary and cultural highlights close to the hotel. Not all the buildings in the area have been renovated yet, but that's all part of its charm. We are sorry to read that the district’s atmosphere did not appeal to you. Perfect place to stay in Plagwitz suburb of Leipz
As we arrived late, I had called the hotel in the afternoon and got the room number and a password as sms to my mobile phone. This was very helpful as we could go into the house with no problem, take the lift upstairs to the 3rd floor. It took three tries to get into the room, but only because I was not patient enough to wait for the next step in the procedure. When I did it the 3rd time, everything went smoothly. We found our room perfectly clean and cozy, and the bed was very nice, just like the shower. If you only want to stay overnight for sleeping, this is a perfect way for travelers!

We had a 1 night stay, booked at the last minute. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. The area is a bit away frpm the central city but there are nice cafes and the river to enjoy plus a pleasant walk through the park to get into the central city area. An excellent value hotel for the cost.

I would say in is an average hotel in an ok part of the city. It's easy to get downtown and the parking garage access was great and cheap. The room was ok, quite noisy in the morning with some sort of drilling and traffic. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

Clean Room with a Comfy Bed
This hotel was exactly what we needed for our two nights in Leipzig - a beautifully clean room with a lovely, comfortable bed + a great bathroom. While the hotel isn't in the heart of Leipzig, there is a tram stop literally right out the front, and there is a bakery across the road, with a supermarket and chemist 10 metres down the street too. Our room was very large, extremely clean and quiet, plus the bed was massive.

The hotel was nice and very clean, staff was efficient, there was a small plumbing problem in the room that was fixed quickly and efficiently. The neighborhood is interesting and wonderful. Two significant down sides: no breakfast, and also a very early check-out (10am) after a rather late check-in (2pm).

Excellent value for the money!
We were able to find the hotel with GPS easily, and the parking was very reasonable. Our room was very clean and quiet. The neighborhood is somewhat transitional, but the close streetcar made it easy to get downtown.
