"The cottage was perfect for a short break with our grown up family. Its location allowed easy access to all the attractions of the locality with plenty of pubs and restaurants nearby for eating out. The nightlife is lively so bring earplugs if light sleepers. We found the beds very comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. All in all no complaints."

"Property was tired and not overly clean. Bathroom had foul smell and cracked ceramic floor tiles which were dangerous. Sink drained difficultly. Dust under beds and bedding/towels were aged and overdue for change. Mish mash of furniture and could do with updating given the rental price. On a positive note the property is close to Old Leigh and the pubs and restaurants and we were fortunate to be able to park outside without charge"

"It was our first time at the KIng Charles Hotel, the staff were very friendly, the room we had was nice and clean. The only thing was we could hear the traffic outside, all night. So we didnt get alot of sleep,as we were woken up alot. Apart from that the hotel itself was excellent. We would come back again, as long as we could have a different room, away from the main road. "
