"Our experience at this hotel was amazing! I can’t believe this kind of hospitality exists in Brooklyn. The hotel truly provided Southern hospitality in such a busy city. It’s located in a great area, within walking distance of restaurants, fast-food locations, and the train station. The rooms were clean, and maintenance was always on top of things. The parking was phenomenal, with both self-parking and valet options. The staff promptly answered our calls and even helped us with our luggage. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and the staff assisted with unloading our bags. Check-in and checkout were both easy, and everyone was incredibly friendly. I’m a native New Yorker who now lives in Virginia, and I was truly impressed by the hospitality. I will definitely be staying here again next month for Thanksgiving—with my children and the rest of my family this time! I had a wonderful experience. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!"

"The place was clean, the staff was awesome, the location was perfect because you were so close to the manhattan and Brooklyn bridges, and they let me take a free bike all day to explore the city. In Manhattan in minutes and got to explore downtown Brooklyn and Dumbo. I highly recommend for the price."

"The Industrialist was my home away from home this month and since I was there for over 2 weeks, I can tell you it was absolutely perfect! It exceeded my expectations and I've stayed everywhere from St Regis to Ace Hotel so I'm pretty picky. I was in N.Y. for work so I didn't have a luxury hotel budget but The Industrialist was everything I needed. The rooms are not big and there's no room service, but my room was comfy, clean and quiet. I needed to be in Brooklyn for my work project so I was actually in the room a lot working on my computer. The front desk staff was so wonderful and helpful. Whether it was a package I was waiting for, or directions I needed, someone was always there (often 2 people) and quick to help with whatever I needed. The cleaning team was very professional and did a fabulous job every day. Also the location is great. At night I'd walk places around hotel and always felt totally safe. Train to Manhattan conveniently just steps away, Beanmonger's coffee directly across the street or walk down Union toward 5th and get anything you want from sushi to pizza to shopping. I will definitely come back and tell friends."

It is located around lots of fast food, delivery, stores, and many other restaurants, stores, and shopping.
