The good stuff - Restaurant and housekeeping staff are impeccable. Service with a smile, able to engage guests and provide great service. The not-so-good stuff - Front office staff are in need it training - as the face of the hotel, you would expect them to be attentive and welcoming. We experienced poor service each time with staff either on their phones and social media, or not even making eye contact when speaking to us. No block out curtains and noisy even if you are on the second level. Overall - This is the first time I have stayed in Legian and at this property. About the property, poorly maintained with aged and deteriorating infrastructure. The lights covers at the entrance steps are a trip hazard. Pool area is quite filthy and needs a proper pressure wash, and perhaps smoking designated areas clearly marked and enforced. About Legian - Aussie Bogan paradise is an understatement - the beach was filthy with litter all along, drunk Aussies in the hoards, massage and tattoo parlours for days. Choose your own adventure, but clearly not one for me or recommended for those with families/small kids.

The door keys kept failing ended up with 4 keys over a 7 night stay telephone in room was not connected toilet would not flush and kept running all night unable to add food and beverages to room and pay at end of stay (without having to pay a deposit) staff were quick to respond to requests when needed

I loved the long swimming pool where you could swim laps. The rooms were a nice size and well appointed. Staff very friendly and helpful. The provided breakfast was awesome but wished it opened earlier than 7am. Place was very quiet. No traffic noise but some children a little boisterous in wading pool one day at 6am. But will forgive. Highly recommend for the price.

The room we had was not great very noisy and the balcony access was locked as they were doing renovations. Pool area needs a lot of work Steps into pool had slim on them and very slippery Concrete very slippery signs up every where to warn people Could not fault restaurant staff they were amazing Could not say the same for there hotel manager

Only thing good is location.Service, there isn’t any.we are not fussy but had breakfast included and would have to say worst breakfast in bali hotel. We went out everyday for breakfast instead.Not enough sun lounges for amount of people staying in hotel. Room wasn’t serviced one day then rang reception 3 times asking for towels and water to shower. Finally bought water no towels!!!! Would never stay again . Rooms are in need of maintenance

This is our go to place in Bali, we love the Legian area and this hotel is close enough to the shopping, or a walk to Seminyak. The pool is clean and big enough. Very quiet. The staff are incredibly friendly.

Had everything you need and location is excellent. Housekeeping was a bit average and had to chase replacement towels and bottled water more than once….no issues getting them when we asked. Don’t bother with the restaurant as so many nice places just a short walk away. Spa on site massages excellent!

Best value for money in Bali
Central location and close to the beach. Friendly and reliable shuttle service (for an additional fee). Clean large room with lots of movie channels, and a large balcony overlooking the pool. Older bathroom but clean with hot water every time I used it. Amazing hot and cold breakfast buffet with lots of variety. Courtyard with pool was lavish. Everyone was friendly. Best value for the price.

Good size pool, very relaxing. Perfect location. The poolside bar should be open more often and when ordering a drink / snack, the bill should be provided there, rather than the staff going to the main restaurant to provide the bill.

The room had large windows so was bright with a good balcony and no mouldy or dank smell so often found in budget accommodation in Bali. There are no lifts so only suitable for people who can negotiate stairs with ease. No bacon in the breakfast menu and very slow toaster. No cutlery in rooms. Staff are very helpful and pleasant. A faulty window lock and tv were repaired within the hour. I considered it good value for the low price point.

Arrived at 11.30pm .. no one at reception, had to wait about 10 minutes. Room very ordinary, basic and very noisy from outside and closeness to reception in the morning. Terrible pillows. The shower was in the bathtub with very little pressure, a tiny bar of soap that was obviously low quality. The breakfast area was so noisy from 6am that I had no option but to get up. On to the breakfast ... what a dismal choice ... awful to say the least. We had 2 rooms and decided after one night ... we had had enough! We checked out and spent additional money at another hotel ... the difference was amazing. Unfortunately ... I cannot recommend this hotel at all. .

A good stay in Bali
The location is very good, close to restaurants, minimarts and shops. The rooms are ok (we stayed in Superior Room, without balcony). We had to borrow hairdryer from the front desk. It was running out and we got it on the second day. If you need it everyday, please bring one. To recharge my samsung phone, it did not fit the hotel's 2 pin round plug. You can buy the plugs at small shops nearby. The staff are very friendly. Overall it was a good stay.

The hotel is conveniently located on padma utara within walking distance to shopping, dining and the beach. The rooms are spacious but are a bit tired and in need of renovation. The food and drinks at the restaruant were average and overpriced, with so many options nearby there was no need to dine at the hotel. The pool and grounds around the hotel are well maintained. The staff are friendly and accommodating to your needs. I would recommend the hotel for singles, couples and families.

We stayed in the family room and enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly, particularly the ladies who oversaw thr breakfast. Breakfast was very good as well (one day a bit warm eating without fan). Pool was nice and appreciated fridge in family room and the crib they brought in. Room was spacious. Liked that hotel was short walk from restaurants and shops, though on sire restaurant was tasty and well priced. Good stay.

I understand this is a budget hotel and have stayed there many times. I also understand the effect of COVID. The pool area is nice but surrounding boards are unsightly and need repainting or staining. The room also needs an upgrade, blinds did not close properly, TV was mostly static, never any hot water unless you showered about midday or midnight. Staff were friendly but were limited in English but that will imporove. We were going to delayed in our arrival and sent several emails advising them, they confirmed our advices and told us it is ok. Arrived at hotel about 1:45am and no one at reception when someone did come (about 25min) we were noted as a "no show" as our emails were not passed on to reception and they waited until 4 am the previous night. As I previously said we have stayed at this hotel many times and found terrific. I truly hope they can find their old self again and become the hotel they used to be.

We stayed at this Hotel 10 years and nothing has changed - the Hotel is really run down, no staff, damaged property and rooms, terrible food and no swim-up bar, as well as the Spa being closed. We left the Hotel after two nights and moved elsewhere.
