There were lots of coffee shops and street foods and a mall just a couple minutes walk away and the price for the quality of the room was great too

The staff was real nice and professional. The morning breakfast was really good. The area of location was friendly and convenient for other shops and restaurants. If i stay in legazpi again it will definitely be this location.

This is the second time we have stayed at the Emerald boutique. The services is wonderful. The staff is always so helpful. Our favorite person there is Sammer. She is wonderful. You cannot go wrong by staying here.

When we arrived, the hotel, staff greeted us with cucumber lemonade. It was perfect after our long, hot drive from Naga. Our rooms were clean, very well maintained. We had lunch, and the restaurant, and the service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We were only staying for one night because we had to catch a very early flight out of Legazpi in the morning. When we came down to the lobby at 4 AM the night staff had already made us breakfast to take with us even though the restaurant wasn’t ready to open for another two hours! To be honest with you, our stay, however, brief, was probably the surprise of our vacation in the Philippines

Very close to my relatives in legazpi city. The property is very convenient to church,groceries,and to travel to legazpi proper and Daraga area. It would be much better if there is a power point outlet on the bathroom,saves you from buying an extension cord

The shower water flow was less than a trickle; took 45 minutes to shower. Ant and roach infestation; nothing else to discuss. Free buffer breakfast was limited to one dish with one serving per individual; I ate breakfast at a outside restaurant everyday. Room size is not comfortable at all; no space to move around in the small area. Ratings are overrated for this hotel. I would give it a 1 out of 5 rating.

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem. The breakfast was soooo good! The staff are friendly and are very helpful. I’ve stayed here a couple of times already and it has not disappoint.

The sraff are indeed very attentive and friendly. They serve different Filipino breakfast everyday and it was okay. The only downside was everytime we go downstairs for breakfast, some of the food on the tray had run out and had to ask sraff to serve more. I guessed that the rationale for not serving too much as food may get too dry. We had our supper for two days and it was okay, too. The best bit of this hotel is the cleanliness. Whoever cleans this hotel must be commended for her great work. I hope she fets this feedback. This hotel may need a bit of maintenance, i.e. wooden toilet door expanded and unable to close it as a result. Although we dis not mind not closing the door fully. For a hudfet hotel, I do not expect much with the speed of the wifi. They also offer in- room massage and we requesred for this service twice. It was a good value stay overall.

Highly recommended hotel for business trips. Clean, comfortable and spacious room with consistently fast wifi, complete bathroom amenities, good breakfast, and courteous staff. Packed sandwich and free airport transfer provided for an early morning flight. The only negative factor was the dark streets around the hotel with some drinking joints, which make it risky to walk at night, considering that the City Hall and the plaza is just a block away. Not recommended for handicaps since there is no elevator.

The property is one of the best hotels in Legazpi. Each room has a 1 free stub for their breakfast buffet. One of their excelent service is that they call the rooms for breakfast buffet for last call, which is I think they're very keen with their guest. My first stay with them is 5 nights and my recent is 14 nights. I must stay they're very consistent with their service. Worth every penny.

The hotel is very clean and neat and the staff is great and tends to all your needs. They come immediately when you call. The SM mall is a bit out of walking distance but you can get there riding a tricycle for 40 pesos. It would be best to rent a moped to get around town. There is a "Yellow Cab" pizza place within walking distance and a barbque place across the street. You can ride a padyak for 10 pesos or tricycle for 20 pesos to go to the pizza and barbque place. There is also a laundromat a few feet down the street from the hotel where you can wash your clothes for cheap. And the airport is very close by. I recommend this hotel and would stay again.
