"Meh. This hotel needs some real work, it's stuck in a 2001 time warp. Dated in many ways, including all the things that modern business travelers want/need: more room outlets, fast USB-C charging ports, less chunky room furniture/adaptability, hydration stations on each floor, a modern gym. Would never stay here again. Hyatt should look at the Hilton Canopy hotels as an example of how to get with the times."

"Stayed just for one night because it was close to the airport. Very convenient, staff was so friendly and helpful."

"The hotel was clean. Breakfast was fine. The restaurant for dinner was not actually a restaurant. It felt like they were under staffed. The WiFi was not great."

"This was a nice property in many respects and nice staff. Clean, good breakfast buffet, free shuttle service to airport and local aviation museum. If we were staying more than one night, we would have requested another room. We were in 901. The issue we had in the room was the noisy refrigerator and toilet while trying to sleep. Both need to be replaced. The fridge would make loud noises when turning off, which happed several times during the night, and the toilet would run periodically as well. Water must be draining so that the tank needs to fill itself up. Needless to say, we did not get a good night’s sleep. Because of this fact, we had to give a lower rating despite the other excellent qualities of the property."
