"First of all, we were welcomed by friendly staff. The room was clean, and the sauna was great. We even wanted to extend our stay, but unfortunately the price had already doubled."

"The rooms definitely need renovations.
The hallway to reach the room takes a good 20 mn of walk!! On top of having skied all day and paying no less of 700€ a night.
The gondola is not even included to reach the town (only at check-in and check-out) which is an additional 22€ per couple per ride.
The bed is not comfortable at all and still using 2 single beds which is not adequate for a couple.
Room service stops at 9pm which does not make sense! "

Vi havde problemer med vores bil på vej til hotellet, og var meget forsinket, ankom over midnat , og alligevel var der en der tog imod os og vil os indkvarteret
