Room was clean, bedsheets comfortable, the hotel provided clean bathroabs and slippers. Bathroom was clean and large. The breakfast was nice and well appreciated. Unfortunately I only stayed one night, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay several days!

Spacious rooms. Walking distance from ski lift and hotel offers you also free storage for ski equipment right at the lift. 3 mins from most town restaurants. Staff was amazing and very helpful. Will stay again.

Definately a great stay!

All of the staffnat this hotel are wonderful. The 2 gentlemen who work reception, the 3 ladies who clean the rooms and the breakfast servers. They were all wonderful. Location is a 7 min walk from the 2 main gondola lifts. Hotel has its own parking garage (cost per night) and a secure equipment room. My son enjoyed the sauna and pool. The breakfasts were the best we have had over the last 2 weeks in Europe. No fridge in the room but we just put our stuff out on the balcony. (Dec) We also found the rooms warm but slept with the windows cracked open and enjoyed the fresh mountain air.

Ski break with friends

Very quick check in, clean comfortable room. Breakfast is great with a good selection of items to fuel a day’s skiing. Reception can give you a lift pass to avoid queues to get one at lifts.

Hotel is very clean. It was very warm( too hot in places), the breakfast was a good selection buffet. The room quality is good and the hotel looks fairly new. Could have done with slightly softer beds and brighter lighting if I'm being fussy. There was not much atmosphere in the bar, probably because there is no restaurant...

It was a nice hotel, but would not come back because you have the empolyee smoking area at the entrance of the hotel so the hotel lobby smells like smoke. Because we are not smokers it is very irritating and gives a very bad impression. Please move your smoking area far away from the intrance of your hotel.

Good value, clean, friendly staff. Two main issues: 1. Don't expect to be able to relax and enjoy the spa/sauna room. Full of loud British tourists. 2. The breakfast room is more like a hospital ward of serious respiratory disease than anything else. Most people are very sick and coughing all over the place, some seem on the verge of needing a respirator.

Séjour très agréable

Quelques jours pour s évader avec le confort adéquate pour passer un très bon moment dans les montagnes Autrichiennes. Les oreillers sont un peu trop mou, une bouilloire serait un plus (nous apprécions prendre une tisane après notre grande journée) la piscine est le spa sont vraiment appréciés en fin de journée mais le complexe pourrait être ouvert toute la journée. Seul petit point autour de la piscine nous avons trouvé des pansements. Et le petit plus quelques fruits secs dans la salle de repos serait vraiment top. Ce ne sont que des détails car l hôtel est vraiment bien situé, une belle vue et le petit déjeuner est formidable. Nous reviendrons.
