Chalet with 4 bedrooms, sauna & fireplace

On 130 m², our Chalet with sauna and fireplace provides ample space for up to 8 persons. Your holiday home features 4 bedrooms with boxspring-double beds and 3 bathrooms with WC / shower (hairdryer available, 2 en suite), a separate WC and a private sauna. From the spacious living area with fireplace and TV, you enjoy a great view of the slopes.



The kitchen is fully equipped. In other words: Kitchen amenities include cutlery, crockery and pots & pans, a ceramic range, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, along with other appliances such as a toaster, electric kettle and coffeemaker (Nespresso capsule machine). A small ALPS RESORTS starter set including dishwasher tab, dishwasher detergent (sample size), sponge, trash bag, cleaning cloth and dishcloth is provided for you upon arrival.

Haus etc was very nice and well equipped for 8 people. Provide something for the 2 bathrooms in the bedrooms to dry the floors after taking a shower. The floor was alway completely wet. The cleaning people should also pay attention to the sinks in the shower, was almost plugged. Also from time to time the coffee machine and water cooker should be de-scaled.

Wunderschöner Urlaub. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen. Sehr gut gepflegt. Der Hausmeister war sehr freundlich, fast jeden Tag da, hat immer gefragt ob wir was brauchen. Auf den Schränken gab es viel Staub. Elektrogrill für außen fehlt.

De ligging was perfect, direct aan de piste. Het uitzicht vanaf het huisje was top. Alleen was er een misverstand omtrent het aantal badkamers bij de slaapkamers, was jammer. Over het algemeen was het voor herhaling vatbaar.

Unser Haus war gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Leider stehen die Häuser dicht aufeinander ohne Hecke oder Trennwand zum Nachbarhaus, sodass man wenig Privatsphäre hat. Obwohl die Bäder sehr schön sind, ist nach dem Duschen der Boden vor der Dusche nass. Der Backofen war sehr schmutzig.

Wir haben uns zu 7. ein Chalet für 4 Nächte gebucht. Das Chalet war sauber anzutreffen und hatte alles an Ausstattung was man für einen Urlaub in Tirol braucht braucht.

Sehr schönes Chalet mit kleinen Einschränkungen

Alles in allem war es sehr schön. Leider war der Geschirrspüler defekt, was bei 7 Personen nicht wirklich angenehm war. Zudem war keine Kaffeemaschine im Chalet. Wir haben dann eine bekommen, bei der die Filterhalterung abgebrochen war. Die haben wir mit Paketband und Heftpflaster hingeklebt. Leider ist der Kaffee dann einmal übergelaufen, weil das Paketband nicht gehalten hat. Hier sollte die Verwaltung dann doch eine funktionsfähige Kaffeemaschine als Ersatz zur Verfügung stehen. Ist ja kein Riesenproblem oder Kostenfaktor. Bis auf diese technischen Probleme, die wirklich genervt haben, war alles in Ordnung. Die Dame am Empfang war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Objekt, gute Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist gut geeignet für 8 Personen. Selbstversorgerausstattung ist für 8 Personen „abgezählt“, könnte etwas besser sein. Die Lage direkt an der Piste ist toll, leider fehlte bei uns der Schnee. Aber kurzer Weg zu weiteren Skigebieten in höheren Lagen, deshalb kein großes Problem. Insgesamt ist das Objekt empfehlenswert, wir würden wieder buchen.
