Ponte Vecchio Family Apartment

Ponte Vecchio house is a cozy and large apartment located in the central area of Lecco 2 minutes from the lakefront and 5 minutes from the pedestrian center. You will have at your disposal a convenient garage in the garage area of the building with a surcharge of 10 € per day. Lecco is a beautiful town nestled between lake and mountains and parking is always a bit difficult as in all cities that live with a pedestrian historic center. It won’t be your problem!! SPACE Once you arrive at the address you can access the box by taking the keys placed in the mailbox named "Ponte Vecchio House" using a code that we will send you before your arrival. From the pits, via an internal staircase, you will reach the elevator and the entrance of the apartment on the fifth floor. Ponte Vecchio House welcomes you with a large atrium furnished with a large wardrobe; scan the qrcode that you find on your right in a wall frame, and free access to the WI-FI network. You will enjoy a super fast connection, suitable for smart working. Ponte Vecchio House has a kitchen with a small table for quick breakfasts and is equipped with everything you need to cook: dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, blender, etc... The living room is huge and bright, you will find a comfortable sofa bed and an extendable table for dining with ease. The wow part of the house is definitely the terrace; large and equipped for outdoor dining; you can enjoy the 360 º view of the city and the mountains! The house is completed with a sleeping area divided into a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed and a sofa that becomes a bed, and a bathroom with shower, completely renovated by the owners with care and taste in December 2023. The apartment is equipped with free Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, hairdryer, bed linen and towels included. Hoster Como Lake applies all necessary measures of cleaning and sanitization. The City Tax of Lecco will be applied at the time of Checkout equivalent to 1.50 € per person per day for a maximum of 5 days.
