"Our family loved this apartment and our stay in Lierna. The apartment is less than 5 minutes walk to the train station. Check in was very easy. Alessandra, the owner, was very friendly and helpful. Although it would have been nice to personally meet her, it was easy to communicate with her using WhatsApp. The apartment was very clean and updated. The view of Lake Como from the apartment is spectacular! The apartment and the town of Lierna was very quiet. Not touristy like Varenna and Bellagio....

Anna was very helpful with maps and suggestions. She gave us good advice on getting to Milan airport and avoiding the morning traffic. She was available by phone anytime we needed...

"We stayed here for nine nights and had a fabulous time. The property was perfect for us - two adults and three young children - with plenty of space inside and out, and lots of areas for the kids to play (including a trampoline and table tennis table). The host (Elisabetta) was brilliant - warm, friendly and welcoming and full of great ideas and recommendations of things to do and places to eat in the area. "Clara and Gino are the sweetest and loveliest people. Besides the charming apartment which has the best views of Como and the mountains, they have decorated the apartment with a selection of books and travel guides. They are very thoughtful for the guests and have a well stocked kitchen including risotto rice, pasta and other cooking essentials, tea, coffee, butter."

"The place is very nice. The bed was comfortable with the exception that it is two small mattresses and nothing holds them in place so a gap opened up between. It would have been better if something held them in place. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, pots and pans etc. but the only supplies were a box of salt and some coffee pods. Normally would expect some cooking supplies, spices, olive oil etc that were left by previous guests so that it would be possible to cook something...
