Palazzo Giusti Lecce - Exclusive Boutique Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip in Italy. We were at 5 different hotels but this one was the best. The station is a bit far and not many taxis around so we had to walk 20mins to the hotel in the hot sun which was brutal but the hotel receptionist Davide was so nice as soon as we walked in. He helped with our bags, checked us in quickly to our already air conditioned room, showed us everything available in the room. The room was spacious and really beautiful, slippers were comfy and higher quality than a lot of other places I’ve been to, the showers had Bvlgari soap, lotion, and shampoo. They provided shaving kits and dental kits which came in super clutch. They gave us the cafe leccese as welcome drinks and delivered it to our room. The hotel also had breakfast which had so many options as well as cooking hot food if requested. They also have a gym but we didn’t use it. Davide also would WhatsApp us recommendations for dinner as we weren’t sure what options were good and also helped us make reservations. He also helped us book a taxi after we checked out and would help me refill my waterbottle. Overall customer service and stay was amazing. The hotel is also super close to the main shopping area, there’s also a bunch of attractions around"

"Tres bonne localisation pour visiter le centre de Lecce. Le personnel a été très serviable pour nous indiquer le stationnement le plus près. Bien que la procédure d’enregistrement soit un peu compliqué par téléphone, les chambres sont vraiment incroyable pour le prix. À noter que le déjeuner est offert via une carte cadeau à une boulangerie locale à environs 300m de la chambre. J’y retournerais sans hésiter…."

SANTA CHIARA Suite Hotel & Spa - Lecce

8/10 Good
"There is no bar or restaurant on the property, the rooftop breakfast was not good at all and it isnt open for lunch or dinner and serves nothing but a breakfast which was to be honest very disappointing. The bar is all set up, but its not open. I dont know if they set up things just to get a 4 star status, and then just shut them down. All in all this hotel is excellent if you just want a clean place to sleep, but far from 4 star property. Its actually a 3 star max. It has a lot of potential, but its been mis managed. Staff is great. But you can just choose a 3 star place and youd get better value for money"
