The staff went over the top. Reception Guy, Moreno, met us even tho we were hours late & provided excellent recommendations. The Cleaning Lady, Elizabeth, was amazing with her assistance during our stay; showing how to open front door without having the scale stairs, offered extra key, AC & lighting assistance

Vittoria Luxury House was very clean and well presented. We were kindly welcomed on arrival and the host shared some great recommendations for lecce. However, it is located on a main road and is not very easy to find as there is a lack of signage. Additionally there is little parking nearby (closest car park was the train station which was €25 for 24hrs and a 20 minute walk away). Although, the host was available on the phone to help guide us.

Une très belle prestation

Nous avons passé 2 nuits au Vittoria luxury house. L'hôtel est idéalement situé pour visiter le centre historique de Lecce. En voiture, il est facile de trouver des places payantes à proximité. L'accueil d'Elisa est top, tres disponible pour notre heure d'arrivée. Elle nous a listé un grand nombre de restaurants et bars suivants nos envies et pris de nos nouvelles sur les 2 jours. La chambre est divinement décorée avec soins. Wifi. Grand ecran TV. Literie tres confortable. Salle de bains grande. Une machine à café dans la chambre est disponible avec doses / gâteaux et une bouteille d'eau. Notre chambre donnait sur la rue mais pas de bruits car insonorisée et doubles volets. Cette prestation est notre top 1 de notre séjour dans les Pouilles.
