This hotel, or rather this palazzo, is a wonder of perfection! We loved everything, the heartily welcome, the room, the breakfast, the staff and last, but definitely not the least, the design. The smallest details are thought through and it’s beautiful, so beautiful.

A beautiful hotel with excellent service. Our room was stylish and comfortable (though up a flight of steep, awkward stairs that wouldn’t be doable for anyone with reduced mobility). Nice buffet breakfast, valet parking. And Lecce is a fantastic city!

Beautiful Hotel

Beautiful hotel, but didn’t answer phone or WhatsApp before arrival. Had to park and carry luggage/10 min walk to prevent getting ticket in old town. Lady at desk was rude, but acknowledged her mistake not responding.

Good hotel but a communication problem

Well appointed and comfortable boutique hotel . The style of the rooms and lobby was unique and charming with interesting art work. Good size room , comfortable bed , great breakfast with thoughtful service. The one service problem was in requesting the reception to make restaurant reservations . First night was excellent restaurant but the hotel reception made the reservation inside when we asked for outside which is the norm in the summer. We were never told beforehand that only inside was available and when we got to the restaurant we had no choice but sit inside and where there was no one sitting . An isolated feeling for sure. Second night we asked for a good restaurant but outside table. Receptionist said she would do so at 8:30 pm . We came back to the room at 7:15 to change for dinner and then walked to the restaurant as close by but were told we did not have a reservation at 8:30 but at 7:30pm!! So we left and had to go back to the hotel and try to find a restaurant that could take us at 9pm or so. The hotel never called, texted, or even left a written note in the room that our reservation was at 7:30 as 8:30 not available !! This was terrible communication on part of the hotel and made for a difficult dinner experience. For a hotel of this quality this was very disappointing.

Really high quality boutique hotel right in the centre of Lecce. The artistic design and quality is something to experience. Nothing to fault, tremendous team, fabulous breakfasts and one of the best I have experienced (an I am getting on a bit)!

This is an incredible property in a wonderful location. The hotel is tastefully decorated with beautiful art. There are several areas for relaxation. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was extremely helpful and made great recommendations for dinner and entertainment.

An amazing hotel filled with beautiful arts. Great location, excellent service , spacious bedrooms and bathroom and immaculate. I have nothing to complain. If you arrive by car, hotel is in historic center for pedestrians so it’s worth it to reserve parking thru hotel so it’s convenient to go in and out without being fined. I promise you’ll not be disappointed!!
