"The apartment was perfect for our needs. We did not use the washer/dryer in the apartment but knowing that it was available was a plus. The galley kitchen is a little small for cooking a large meal, but it worked for the two of us. The building is located in a quiet area within easy walking distance to the South Kensington and Gloucester Road underground stations. "Very nice hotel"

"The space was good for 4 adults traveling. The beds were comfortable, we liked all the windows and views. Good amenities (dishwasher, washer/dryer, tv). Very close to transit which makes the cost 100% worth it. Paying extra for towels and not having any hand soap available was a little strange, but we made it work. "

"It’s in a fantastic area. Three different underground stations within a 20 minute walk."

"The excellent location and good price were definitely the main factors in my choice. The only downside was a hair in the bed (unfortunately not a sign of perfect hygiene, but I understand that can happen) and the shower head wasn't perfectly stable. As for the structure, nothing to complain about."
