"Was was an excellent host - prompt reply to questions and very accommodating with timings. The property was very clean and spacious. Three lovely bedrooms and an ensuite shower in one. Lovely and warm and a comfortable sofa. The kitchen was large and quite well equipped - could do with a few more everyday items for making meals.We had a nice Christmas meal with my daughters and it was nice to have a garden for the dogs. Whilst the address may exist (albeit with a different name - Worchester Villa rather than Village) be assured the lights will be out when you arrive, you will not receive a key code and your money will have been taken by some cold hearted, empty souled scoundrels. Do not book and, if you have the time and inclination, fight to contact the leadership of Hotels.com to tell them their complicit toleration of this kind of behaviour is making you think twice about where you look for accommodation.
