Very good value for the money. The receptionist was extremely helpful and showed us a secure spot for our van under video surveillance. There was quite a strong odour from the hallway carpets, but the room, though small, was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent, just a few minutes walk into centre ville. I would stay here again if in Le Puy.

Friendly, professional staff. They have a double locked area in their garage for storing bicycles. The restaurant serves OK food if you're too tired to venture out.

Functional hotel
The hotel serves the purpose for which it is designed. There is a little car park around the back. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite small but okay. I don't think I' want to stay there for more than a night or two. It was noisy at the front of the hotel. Closing the windows cut out the noise but I like to sleep with the windows open. The breakfast was nice with a good choice. It is a short walk to the town centre.

OK hotel, quirky policies
Good location for staying in semi-luxurious surroundings before starting a long hike down the Chemin du Puy. Do be advised that there are prominently posted signs in the lobby and elevator banning "outside food" from the rooms. I don't know if this is in response to a problem they had or if it's just an effort to force more business to the restaurant in the lobby. Other than that, it's a perfectly serviceable, standard Ibis location.

Great central location but shabby state
The room is comfortable but very small. The exterior of the hotel is shabby and in need of renovation. The worn and dirty mat on the floor at the entrance gives a bad impression. Le Puy deserves better from Ibis. Receptionist very good though!

It's an Ibis. Location in centre of town is good.
I just wish the Ibis hotels in the UK were as good as the French ones I have used. Decent sized room, decent food at a sensible price.

Je viens souvent dans cet établissement dans le cadre de mes déplacements professionnels. La qualité des chambres est très (trop!) variable, on peut se sentir soit dans un Formule 1 très basique soit dans un 3* et ce pour le même prix. C’est quand même problématique!
