In one of the bedrooms the wooden boards under the mattress were loose and had to put back in place. That is when it became clear they had better all be replaced. "Oldish property reasonably well done inside. The apartment block in which it's located is 'tired'. The area surrounding being near the main railway station is also somewhat run down. Arriving in the dark with groups of youngsters hanging round on the street was intimidating (and my partner is originally from Troyes). Would not recommend."
