Perfect stopover for a family.

Very old building but with so much character. We only stopped overnight but as a family of 5 it was perfect. Clean and lots of space. Shower needs updating and a bit of soap would have been handy but otherwise great. I’d stay again!

Nice decend place to stay considering so many bad reviews on google. took us 10 mins walk to be right in the center of Troyes old town. free parking on street or paid parking lot with free parking between 7pm - 9am. only two things though: the area seems a bit unsafe and dark esp at night. we booked for four but the sofa bed was too small it would only fits one, so 3 of us had to snug into the double bed. facilities are great, fridge, kitchen and utensils pan & pots, tv, internet, good shower room / towels, dinning table coffee table etc. Marine is a good host, clear instructions and in good timing.

Great value

Great size and roomy. Good location and great value. Could do with a freshen up of decor and paint etc but was great for what we needed. Car park close by cheap for overnight

We had no choice, all other hotels fully booked...

Towels are rags. Shower head does not mount up above, it must be hand held.. No AC. Mold smell everywhere, followed by the smell of disinfectant. Floors are wobbly, most likely indicative of either previous water or other structural issues. No hand holds in bathroom, my wife did fall coming out of shower.

L’appartement annoncé pour 4 personnes peut être acceptable pour 2 personnes. Le canapé lit , dans le salon, n’est séparé de la cage d’escalier des communs que par une porte toute simple avec un énorme jour en dessous qui laisse passer l’air froid ( et la porte d’entrée en bas de l’escalier ne ferme pas du tout. Il faisait -5 degrés dehors) et le bruit de passage. La nuit où nous avons « dormi »là, les personnes qui louaient l’appartement au dessus sont rentrées au milieu de la nuit et ont fait du bruit pendant des heures… Quand nous sommes arrivés les draps pour le canapé-lit étaient encore humides. Nous les avons étendus quelques heures pour les faire sécher…

Le logement était moyen, l’escalier d’entrée très étroit et abrupte. Pas trop de confort, le mobilier basique, panne d’ampoule à la salle de bain et une fenêtre du séjour qui ne s’ouvrait pas. Le frigo est difficilement accessible car coincé dans un coin de la kitchenette. Le lit est tout à fait confortable mais aucun rangement pour les vêtements. Seul avantage prêt du centre ville, quartier plutôt calme et parking de la rue gratuit.

Bon pour une nuit

Logement dans une petite copro calme. Logement vétuste, rénové au minimum et au besoin. Lit de bonne qualité (canapé lit s'enfonce) 2 frigo, c'est un concept accès au bâtiment non sécurisé. Attention le logement est rue Boileau, pas au centre ville.

Nous étions au dernier étage sans ascenseur en plein centre, chambre sous pente Escaliers étroits et anciens, si problème de mobilité s’abstenir Literie et draps confortables, clim mobile que nous n’avons pas utilisé Accès digicode à l’immeuble, en revanche zone piétonne donc pas possible de décharger la voiture à côté Il y a un garage pour stocker les vélos

L'appartement n'était pas propre. Il manquait un côté à la paroie de douche, le flexible bon à changer, les radiateurs électriques hors d'âge et le ménage laissait franchement à désirer.

Séjour très agréable sur Troyes. Le logement attribué n'a pas été celui réservé et indiqué uniquement à l'arrivée du séjour. Prestation (meubles de cuisine et de salle de bains) peu simple d'utilisation. Très bon accueil.
