The most beautiful view over the Le Lavandou Bay! For 2 to 6 people

Enjoy your meals on our large balcony and enjoy panoramic views of the bay of Le Lavandou and the islands of Levant and Port-Cros on the horizon.
You are on the 9th floor and 50 meters from the beach. The colorful Provencal market is held every Thursday practically at the bottom of the building and you are close to shops and the city center.

The apartment of 57 square meters, completely renovated in 2017 and 2018 and rated 3 stars, can accommodate from 4 to 6 people. Located in the residence "Le Grand Large", it includes:
* 2 rooms with a total of four beds (one large bed, two twin beds)
* A living room with sofa bed for two more people
* A fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, vitroceramics cooking rings, fridge-freezer, microwave)
* A bathroom with shower
* 2 large balconies, sea side and back country side.

For extra comfort, all windows are double glazed.
You have the usage of a closed private garage. Cleaning is included.

Here are some activities that I recommend in Le Lavandou and the surrounding area:
* Enjoy the large beach, of course, but also water sports offered in season: water skiing, introduction to scuba diving, kitesurfing, sailing ...
* Take the boat and take a walk to the island of Port-Cros, a protected natural reserve. Or dock to the island of Porquerolles and cycle through it.
* Visit the charming neighboring village of Bormes-les-Mimosas, perched on the heights, (alleys, views of the sea, souvenirs ...)
* Rent bikes and follow the bike lane on the coastline along the route of the old railway track
* Visit the magnificent gardens of Le Rayol (13 km)
* Walk around the harbor or do a mini golf at night
* In July and August, attend the weekly fireworks, quietly installed on the balcony
* And simply, watch the sun rise on the sea side or watch from the other balcony the sunset on the hills of the Massif des Maures

Un magnifique appartement idéalement situé

L'appartement est vraiment très bien. Spacieux, rénové et bien équipé. L'emplacement est parfait. On ne peut rêver mieux, face à la mer proche du centre. Dispose d'une place de parking. Vous déposez la voiture et vous pouvez tous faire à pied. Un chariot de course est disponible dans le placard d'entrée c'est bien pratique. L'appartement est au 9eme étage. Un vrai plaisir le matin de prendre son petit déjeuner face à la baie du Lavandou. On était aux premières loges pour profiter du feu d'artifice du 15 août 😍😍. Seul bémol le ménage était moyen à l'arrivée. Rien de grave. Merci au propriétaire qui est à l'écoute et très attentif.

View, View, View!!!

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay. The place has a view in every room. It is bright, and it extends from the front to the back of the building, ocean view in the back and hillside view in the front. It is in a great location with walking distance to everything. We couldn’t have asked for a better host than Christian. Thank you for everything! We would love to come back.

Appartement très bien situé, propre et fonctionnel. Un seul bémol : des travaux en bas de l'immeuble, et dans l'appartement situé à côté du notre. Réveillé à 8h par une perceuse, et impossible de profiter du balcon certains jours à cause des engins de travaux publics. C'est bien dommage...

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dem Apartment. Über die Lage und die Aussicht ist alles gesagt, alles positiv. Wir hatten das Pech während einer Woche sechs Tage mit dem Mistral zu leben. Die Fenster sind neu, aber dennoch zog und pfiff es dermaßen stark durch die Schiebefenster-Elemente, dass die Tage und Nächte anstrengend waren. Aber, das ist eben nur ein Problem, wenn der Mistral vom Land her bläst. Ansonsten war wieder alles tiptop.

Un séjour d'une semaine dans un très bel appartement bien conçu, bien équipé et conforme en tout point à l'annonce. Nous étions 4 adultes avec 2 chambres disposant d'une literie au top. Très beau balcon avec une vue extraordinaire sur la plage, le port du Lavandou et toute la baie et quel plaisir de prendre chaque matin son petit déjeuner sur le balcon. Un séjour sans voiture puisque tout est accessible à pieds (commerces, restaurants, etc...). L'accueil est assuré par une charmante personne d'une agence immobilière locale. Un propriétaire très sympathique lors des différents échanges. Pour résumer un superbe séjour dans un appartement fait pour les vacances au soleil. Merci

Der Blick von oben!

Das Problem ist: Man möchte ganz vorne am Meer sein, aber weder den Lärm des Straßenverkehrs haben, noch die Gerüche der Restaurants und Buden. Also bleibt nur die Flucht nach oben - z.b. in den 9ten Stock. Das Haus ist insgesamt etwas älter - das sieht man ihm auch an. Dennoch ist die Wohnung im neunten Stock schön und gut renoviert. Eine neue Küche, mit allem was man benötigt, wenn man nicht nur Essen gehen möchte. Die Betten verfügen über neue Matratzen. Daher ist auch für eine gute Nachtruhe gesorgt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist für südliche Verhältnisse sehr gut. Rundum ist alles da, damit man seine Urlaubstage am Meer genießen kann. Wir hatten die Wohnung im Februar gemietet und freuten uns darüber, dass auch die Heizung gute Dienste leistet. Besonders angenehm ist, dass das Appartement Aussicht nach zwei Seiten hat. Wer sich am Meer irgendwann satt gesehen hat, der kann neben der Küchenarbeit aufs weite Hinterland sehen. Gut ist auch ein eigener Parkplatz vor dem Haus, bzw eine Tiefgarage. Damit entfällt das lästige Parkplatzsuchen, was für uns im Februar kein vordringliches Problem ist. Alles ist fussläufig gut zu erreichen. Zum Cafe ins CENTRE am Place Reyer, zum Essen ins PLANCHES & GAMELLES, oder für besondere Anlasse in das LA RASTEGUE nach Bormes. Der Vermieter ist sehr sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Auch die Repräsentanten der Agence vor Ort, die einen in Empfang nehmen und auschecken. sind zuverlässig und nett. In Summe eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft "Das Adlernest in Le Lavandou"

appartement très agréable,refait à neuf, fonctionnel, vue époustouflante ; tout est à 2 pas,centre ville, pour la plage, une rue à traverser, ville animée en été et agréable, marché le jeudi en face de l'immeuble; literie de très bonne qualité,beaucoup de facilités pour les courses, de magnifiques plages à découvrir, bref, un endroit et un appartement à recommander !
