"Check in wasn't easy we had to drive to a real estate office to collect the key and was told we had to be there before 1600 this wasn't possible lots of traffic on our very long journey, a time pressure we didn't need ! There is very little car parking space at the apartment we didn't get a space the whole time we were there , unfortunately for us our car was vandalised parked on the street. The apartment is very small for a family of 4 especially with teenagers, there isn't even enough floor...

"Studio pour 4 personnes intérieur vétuste mais très proche de la plage de St Clair à 15 mn maximum à pied se fait très bien vu mer donc très plaisant la ville est à 40 mn à pied via une piste cyclable vraiment bien situé"

"J'ai passé 4 jours dans ce joli studio tout confort et bien équipé en plein centre ville du Lavandou et très proche de la mer. La communication avec les hotes était parfaite. Je remercie René d'avoir pris le temps de me renseigner sur les différentes activités à faire ainsi que me montrer les commerces et restaurants à proximité. Ce séjour était parfait et je reviendrai avec plaisir."

"Overall a lovely stay. Accommodation is part of owners home but remains private with own access and private terrace with outdoor furniture. Well equipped for all our needs. Decor is a little dated but comfortable. Good 20 min downhill walk into Le Lavandou, 30 min steep walk back. Owner is friendly and available if needed, we communicated well with a mix of limited French and English. Would stay again, thank you Catherine"

"Our room was given to other guests & we were given a room 30 metres from the main road So it was very noisy There was No air conditioning, in an apartment in the south of France !! So the room was always very hot. The room faulty telephone rang every night at various times between 2.45 & 4.45am. You need a car at this location as the larger beaches & villages are not otherwise easily reached The free car parking places are very limited & the covered parking is chargeable at €57 a week...
