  • Découvrez ce bel appartement lumineux et spacieux dans la "Résidence de la Plage".
    Situé sur le front de mer, vous serez séduit par sa vue époustouflante sur la grande bleue ainsi que sa proximité immédiate avec la plage,le port, les commerces, restaurants...

    L'appartement est équipé/disposé comme suit :
    Vaste séjour avec TV, canapé clic-clac (140x190cm), ouvert sur une belle terrasse exposée sud-est et offrant une vue à couper le souffle. La terrasse peut être protégée du soleil grâce au store banne électrique.
    Cuisine indépendante équipée (réfrigérateur/congélateur, lave-vaisselle, bouilloire, grille-pain, cafetière à filtres, Plaque 4 feux vitrocéramique, Four à micro-ondes...) exposée Nord.
    Chambre 1 : 1 lit en 160x200cm, penderie, exposée Nord-Est.
    L'appartement dispose d'une salle de bains ainsi que d'un WC indépendant.

Une vue incroyable au cœur du Lavandou

L’appartement est spacieux et la distribution des pièces parfaite pour 4 personnes. Un balcon filant permet de profiter de la vue sur le port, la plage et le centre ville depuis toutes les pièces. La deco bien que peu récente reste sobre et l’équipement est suffisant. Il n’est pas équipé de climatisation mais un ventilateur est à disposition. Se situation idéale en plein centre ville le rend malgré tout bruyant (notamment la nuit avec les bars situés juste en dessous) mais c’est le prix à payer pour être au cœur du Lavandou. Il n’y a pas de place de parking mais en septembre nous avons trouvé tous les jours une place gratuite sur le parking du marché. La récupération et le rendu des clés se fait sur une agence située à quelques minutes. Des codes sont donnés pour accéder à une boîte à clés. On ne voit pas le personnel mais on peut toujours joindre quelqu’un si besoin par téléphone. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet appartement lumineux profiter de la vue et de la proximité avec le centre !!
