Die Wohnung, vor allem die Küche, ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so für den Alltag braucht. Die Möbel und Zimmer insgesamt waren ansprechend und in gutem Zustand. Klima gab es aber leider nur im Doppelbett Schlafzimmer. Die Terrasse ist das absolute Highlight der Wohnung. Von hier aus hat man eine traumhafte Aussicht. Die Lounge haben wir leider nicht nutzen können, da keine Polster vorhanden waren. Parken in der Garage war top. Aufzug vorhanden. War ein toller Urlaub, Danke!

Points positifs : emplacement, vue, calme et parking. Et c’est tout! Climatisation sous dimensionnée/mal entretenue et dans UNE SEULE PIECE. Les autres pièces sont sous plus de 30 degrés. Ménage inexistant. Appartement vétuste. Télévision sans prise HDMI diffusant des chaînes satellites uniquement allemandes. Réfrigérateur ne faisant pas de froid. Coussins salon extérieur absents. Bref, compliment au photographe, mais ne soyez pas dupe: vous payez du rêve en photo, la réalité est plus glauque

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Lavandou ! L'appartement est très fonctionnel et bien équipé, une belle grande terrasse avec une vue magnifique ! Proche du centre ville sans les nuisances, ce qui est très agréable pour se reposer !

Schöne Meeressicht

Meeressicht sehr schön. Strand kann zu Fuss erreicht werden. Einkaufen ist auch zu Fuss möglich. Wohnungseinrichtung ist praktisch. Es fehlt aber eine angenehme Sitzgelegenheit in der Wohnung zum lesen. Sehr tiefe Polstergruppe für ältere Menschen. Sehr angenehm ist der Einstellhallenplatz.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal. Die Wohnung war sauber und entsprach vollkommen der Beschreibung. Kleine Kritik, aber nicht wirklich relevant: Irgendein Vormieter hat wohl an den Fernsehprogrammen rumgespielt. Da ging nicht viel, hat uns aber in keinster Weise gestört. Die Bezüge der Auflagen auf der Terrasse sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und teilweise gerissen.

Vue magnifique, emplacement parfait, résidence tres calme, tres belle terrasse avec vu mer. Par contre l'appartement un peu vieux et pas trop entretenu, dommage. Lit simple pas confortable pour un adulte. Et le pire moquette chambre sale et moquette au mur dans la salle dans bain du jamis vu.

Appartement déjà loué l'année précédente, à notre arrivée appartement sale ( canapé sale, sol terrasse et table avec reste du petit déjeuner, baignoire sale et table du salon également, moquette des chambres non nettoyées présence de jouets sous les lits ), info donnée par l'agence que le store de la chambre enfant était cassé en effet store bloqué fermant à moitié intervention d'un technicien le lundi , absence de fer à repasser prêter du coup par l'agence. Appartement spacieux, très bien situé à proximité du centre, très belle vue sur la mer. A ce jour à mon avis ne mérite pas les 3 étoiles et c'est dommage car beau potentiel...
