"I wanted to get coffee at the lounge while my friend got ready but needed the key to use the elevator and that key also turned the lights on in the room so I couldn’t leave the room. The room was very small"

"no tenian la habitacion lista a la hora de llegada. nadie que ayudara con las maletas. el lobby del hotel con demasiadas personas, supuestamente iban a dar una king bed con un sofa bed y termino siendo dos single beds con un sofa bed. no microondas. y las paredes pintadas de negro definitivamente son de muy mal gusto."

"The location is wonderful as it’s a quick walk from the train station and not far to walk to anything tourist related. The check in was fine but immediately told that for both nights there that there was a water issue. No hot water. Wouldn’t be fixed until after we left. The room was clean and well made up however the air conditioning didn’t work at all and it’s loud all throughout the night so couldn’t leave a door open. If there was a guarantee of hot water and working air condition, would stay again, otherwise not happy that we paid full price for amenities we didn’t get. "

"The stay was okay overall, but there were a few disappointing details. The room didn’t have basic amenities like hair conditioner and body lotion, which I would normally expect. Also, the condition of the room felt quite dated — I’d say it was about a 3-star level at best. It could definitely use some updates."
