"Evasile est la meilleure !!! Nous sommes venus dormir une nuit pour la fête médiévale de Provins et Evasile a été super accueillante tout le long. Nous avions demandé s’il était possible de venir plutôt pour déposer nos affaires et Evasile à tout fait pour nous aider, nous avions trouvé ça hyper gentil de sa part. Après la nuit passée, nous avons pu partir plus tard que l’heure de Check-out prévue pour bien avoir le temps de nous préparer, et Evasile nous avais même fait le petit-déjeuner....

"We selected this property partly for the spa and convenience to the old walled city. When we arrived, we were informed there was a festival in town that weekend, and had to park at the train station two miles away. No way to drive in or out for the whole stay. Then, we asked to use the spa and the spa was not even open—being refurbished for the month. They should have let us know before we got all the way there. Pretty spot, not sure I’d do it again. "I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel in Fontainebleau. Although I had a busy schedule and did not have much time to interact with the staff, the two receptionists I met at check in and check out made a great impression. Both were exceptionally kind, professional, and helpful. They took the time to assist me with everything I needed and made the whole experience smooth and welcoming. Their positive attitude and excellent service contributed greatly to my stay. Thank you for the warm welcome and hospitality. I would be happy to stay here again and would gladly recommend this hotel to others visiting Fontainebleau."

"The staff was lovely, the bed and pillows are very comfortable. The road noise is surprisingly quiet, but bedroom doors are quite loud. Shower pressure is a bit weak but does the job.The hotel doesn't have a restaurant so you get a voucher to eat at the nearby food places, which is helpful. Unfortunately, the iron to steam our clothes was not available anymore. The access to the hotel is a bit complicated: if you follow your navigation, it will make you use the motorway and do a back and forth. But there is an access the hotel without going through the motorway, look for road D225 out of Nemours."
