"Firstly didn’t even get to stay at the property. The host did not contact me prior and I also was unable to contact host. I contacted Expedia team via Virbo and customer care team assured me that all was well. When I got to the property area around it was dirty . To top it off place was occupied by someone else . I booked over 3 months in advance and my payment was taken. I called virbo again and they tried to contact host but wasn’t able to reach . The Expedia team via virbo customer care...
