"Staff, amenities and location all excellent"

"Beautiful resort. Very quiet and peaceful. I purchased the premium all inclusive package. It was nice having all meals and drinks included however the checkout process to sign separately for food and drinks for everything you got was very inefficient. It should be digital. Also we flew 11 hours and arrived at resort at 7:30 am. We asked for an early check in but did not get checked in until almost 2:00 and we got no updates during the time we were waiting. "

"Such a cosy comfortable place to stay for a family of 4. Beds were very comfy too & loved the daily room service to take our rubbish & tidy the beds. Very close to the Port and the inhouse pool was just enough for my children. Lovely Kelera had the best smile & service. Handy location and recommend this place for family's & those who would like to be close to the Port in walking distance. Room service was also welcomed and food great too. Family enjoyed their stay. "Started off terrible with them overbooking and downgrading our room without telling us. Next day ended up getting a room type that we should have in a great location. From there it’s a great place to stay with kids."

"All excellent. Staff does need to add ice packs for severe edema incidents for guests coming off flights. (11 hr flight, both legs- extreme swelling, staff graciously and promptly made ice packs with plastic gloves. Subsided by day 2. Had a great time. TY . Store should also offer nude compression socks for these incidents...:)) "
