"Very comfortable cabin, extremely clean and well maintained. Everything works perfectly with no issues at all. Communication was great — the host was very friendly and helpful. The place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for relaxing. Would definitely come back!"

"The only issue we had was the weird loud noises all night long. The AC unit sounded like it was dying and there was some weird noise outside the room that happened all night long that sounded like a damn wind tunnel. Otherwise the hotel was fine. "

"Jackie's cabin was absolutely perfect. It was better than we could have imagined. The cabin was well stocked with everything you might need. It was clean and decorated to perfection. The bed was comfortable. The hot tub was fantastic- clean and hot! The location is a short drive to Boone and Blowing Rock, the two destinations we enjoyed. My husband and I habe decided that this will be our go to cabin for a weekend away!"

"The last 4 times we’ve visited this hotel, the pool has not been in working order. This is a big disappointment for our 4 year old. However this is still the best option in West Jefferson, pool availability notwithstanding "
