"Property was great. Friendly staff and probably the cleanest I have ever stayed in. The only issue I had was the noise from the adjoining room. They had a dog who barked a lot and I could also hear their conversations. The River view was excellent and worth the upcharge. I spent a lot of time reading in the chairs provided outside. Restaurant next door was good. Breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it."

"This really has raised the bar for all our hotel travels along the years. Felt like we were far away when we only live an hour away. The staff were so nice that everyone there were just happy. Guests and staff members. Not loud at all. Had a great band yesterday. It was amazing. Can’t forget about that view. Will definitely stay again. "We were in town for my friend’s family & 65th high school reunion. The hotel is reminiscent of a time when the town was alive with industry. It’s clean. The staff is friendly, no weird smells, very nice breakfast, the rooms are comfortable and clean. The hotel does have some “age” related spots but over all it’s a good value (compared to the well known chains in the area) and the noise level was almost non existent! I’d recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area as well as I’d stay here again!!! Very good experience!!! "

"The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was so quiet there. The hiking trails were within easy walking distance. There weren’t many restaurants nearby, but we enjoyed those we tried. The coffee shop across the street was great and so convenient."
