A few things could be improved - establish a clear walk access from parking lot to the front door of the hotel (block cars from being in the walkway) and since we had 4 pillows in the room on the bed, make two of them soft and two of them firm. Pillows were too soft for our preferences. All things considered, we highly recommend this hotel."

"Great place to stay with extended family members while we were in town for a family reunion in Somerset. This was a quaint ski lodge with comfortable amenities and a well stocked kitchen. Bedrooms are in the main floor with second floor kitchen/living area. King bed is up in the loft - not advisable for small kids or very tall men!"

"We have a large family (18 people) and this property was spacious enough for us. The kids had a great time in the game room, hot tub and outside area. The living room was large enough for us to gather. There was plenty of seating for meals and the kitchen was well stocked. The outside deck area was lovely and spacious as well. We had several issues (broken coffee maker. hot tub issue, no vacuum), and the host responded immediately. The dishwasher was broken, and didn't get fixed which was disappointing, because with 18 people, we had to hand wash a lot of dishes! The other disappointing thing was that the resort pool would only allow 10 of us at a time, even though we were told ahead of time we could bring 20. Michael apologized and offered to work with us in the future with a property with a private pool."
