"Breakfast was delicious. You have a choice of blueberry or plain waffles along with omelette and bacon. Room was very inviting and quiet. Staff was friendly. Would stay again. "

"After driving nine hours, we reached the hotel for which we had a paid reservation. We were appalled to find out our room was on the second floor and the elevator was out of order. No one was available to assist us with getting our belongings down the end of a hallway and up a flight of stairs!"

"Everything needs a fresher look. In the morning, the only people at the checkout desk were three children. They were very pleasant but didn’t know when the adult was returning. Four of us just laid our keys down and left."

"This cabin was super clean, pet friendly and the hosts were very helpful and accommodating. The cabin is nestled in a beautiful county setting with wonderful farm animals, but is conveniently located not far from Mount Airy. We will definitely come back!"

"Check in was difficult with a person who we had trouble understanding due to a very heavy accent and who appeared to have difficulty with our expedia reservation. She also refused to believe that I had a disability. The room had a definite musty smell and the carpet looked like it needed to be shampooed. The air conditioning worked but was noisy. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. The shower was far to low on the wall for my 6'6" frame. There was no soap in the soap dispenser or it was broken. The breakfast items were sparse and there were no coffee cups available. The person at the front desk appeared bored and uncaring. The room needs a complete make over and the property is in need of maintenance. Not horrible but I'm sure there are better options in the area"
