Liked: Free 24/7 valet parking. Did not like: - Cleanliness - Lack of basic amenities (you pay for everything) - Torn drapes (blackout curtain) that will leave a huge gap. You get a beam of light on your face at 6 am. - Dirty bathrooms, kitchens - No soap or even coffee, creamers to start with. You basically bring everything with you or pay for everything at the property which is overpriced. NEVER STAY in a privately owned suit. Any issues that you try to report to hotel, they will wash their hands off and ask you to talk to the property management company. If you call the property management company, they will ask you to work with the hotel staff. You will be nicely bounced back and forth and will be left wondering what the heck are you paying for I checked out in 1 night when I paid for 3 nights. This place is terrible. STAY AWAY

It was clean, modern and luxurious , and the view was amazing. I also wish they had provided correct pool hours on the palms website. I wish housekeeping services was included with providing towels and not an extra charge. Other than that, I will recommend to stay here to my friends and also future stay.

I thought i was getting a two bed room suit instead i got a one bed room suite with a bed put in the living area and a jacuzzi tub in the middle of the rooms. Not what I thought I rented and no room service or cleaning or towel svc. Paid alot for this and got taken. Staying at the Wynn or someplave on the strip for this price.
