Nice stay at the Palms Place! Much quieter then the other big hotels away from the Casino but access to one a short inside walk away. Extremely super friendly staff! Our suite was amazing and super luxurious! Will definitely stay here again!

Good: short indoor walkway to Palms, nice gym, free parking, Blueberry Hill restaurant close. Bad: Palms casino and surrounding area quite basic for Vegas and shows are limited. Security questionable... no need to scan key in elevator to get to your floor! A security guy is supposed to check your key but in the 2 days at hotel and constantly in/out we needed to show key once.

This was my first time visiting Las Vegas, and staying at Palms Place was the best decision ever! The facilities are incredibly modern, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. The pool and spa area provided the perfect relaxation after a day of exploring. The staff were extremely friendly and always ready to help, making our stay very pleasant. The location is convenient, close to the Strip but far enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. Highly recommended!

ust checked into Palms Place Vacation Suites Collection, and I couldn't be more impressed! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The suite is immaculate, with modern amenities and a stunning view. The decor is chic and comfortable, making it feel like a luxurious home away from home. The location is perfect, with easy access to all the attractions. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to an amazing stay. Thank you for a wonderful start to my vacation!

Staff was friendly and nice common areas. The room needs better upkeep and maintenance. Only one lamp worked and none charged phones. There are phone charges on the tv stands, not convenient. Wall paneling is lifting from wall, ceiling in room is peeling. Ironing board broken, washer machine not working, missing handle. Dingy pans, the couch is raggedy and needs cleaning. All bathroom sinks had slow drainage. We were disappointed because the room has so much potential.

The TV in the Livingroom kept turning back to the one channel the speaker fell off in the bedroom and The door to the washing room is scraping the tile and on the last night at around 2 in the morning the tub was making this noise. I like the place but it’s something minor things need to be done .

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. I will most definitely be staying here again. I loved everything about my room. It had exactly everything I needed in there. It completed my birthday trip I didn’t want to leave the hotel. From the hot tub to the free parking. 10 out of 10 recommend The check in and people working there were amazing.

The front desk was extremely helpful upon check-in. Valet was excellent and customer friendly. Only downfall was that housekeeping never came to clean up the room nor take out garbage even though I left it outside to be picked up for two days! Other than that the room was very comfy, clean, and exactly what we needed with the added kitchen! Def will be staying again, just wish they’d pick up the garbage only downfall.

This is an air bnb. Room was very nice. Property owner didn’t seem interested or very inviting when I called a couple times with questions. Also, they give you 2 towels and charge for the rest. You don’t have access to the washer and dryer in the room and the balcony is also locked. I guess none of the balconies are accessible.

The bed linens and towels were very clean. Otherwise the room was dusty, stained floors and countertops. Wanted to use the kettle, 2 biscuit bugs inside crawling around. Squashed them, 1 more appeared on the counter later that day. Also squashed. Smell of Marijuana coming through the ventilation system for 36 hrs straight, couldn't open balcony doors for fresh air. Front desk couldn't/wouldn't help because this suite, 39316, is privately owned and managed by StripView Suites. Any issues are ignored by all parties as they say the other party is responsible for problem resolution. This information was not made known to us upon booking, or check in, only when we needed assistance. Facility was average at best but expected this for the price charged. The poor ventilation is inexcusable as is the avoidance of responsibility by all parties. Would not recommend this property.

The room was not what it said it was and looked like in the pictures. The fireplace was broken. There was a huge tear in the wall by the bathtub. Multiple lights were out. It was not a city view. then while we were staying there, we were interrupted by six FBI agent, saying the owner of the suite was wanted and we tried to contact the host and he did not help us at all or move to another suite. I was put in danger and I expect to be compensated.
