We stayed here two nights with a different booking each night. First night was nice because we received the lake view room we requested. Second night not so good, it was a Thursday night stay and I booked through Expedia and picked a lake view room again, guest desk attendant (Erick) absolutely lied and said our room was lake view room, only after dynamiting a mountain could you possibly see the lake. Ext morning on checkout the desk attendant blamed it on third party booking. A/C in room was so loud you couldn’t sleep. Will NOT be back. Be wary when booking. Don’t even get me started on the lack of available food selection, they had a lot of places to choose but few of them had the items on the menu. The one restaurant that had food closed promptly at 8:00 pm on a Thursday night and they were very rude when we showed up at 7:45 pm.

Old hotel that needs upgrades. Good luck finding outlets to charge phones-you will need a long cord! Only 2 pillows per queen bed and they are the size of throw pillows! Not comfortable at all! Grumpy woman at cafe didnt even offer us water while we waited on server to come but she offered it to others around us. Front desk staff were helpful. Furniture is very scratched and worn. And seemed like our room was missing furniture as there were several large empty spaces. Casino allows smoking which you can smell all the way up to your room. Ok place for 1 night but if your spending several days I'd go elsewhere.

Easy check in. The front desk staff were extremely nice, helpful, and accommodating. Room was clean. Facility is on the older side but is maintained well. The general store staff and housekeeping staff were very friendly and often went above and beyond. Unfortunately the cafe/restaurant is currently understaffed and could not accommodate demand. Hotel is nice and quiet which is really what we needed.
